The now deceased infant has been identified as Oswaldo Gracia, a 15-week-old baby boy, according to the Lebanon County coroner.
He died when he and his mother-- who was pushing him across the street in a stroller was struck by a pickup truck at the intersection of North 10th and Lehman streets in Lebanon around 11 a.m. on Monday.
The mother has been identified of Maricel Gil, 28 of Lebanon, she remains in a local hospital recovering from injuries sustained in the crash, say city police.
The driver of the truck has been identified as Oliver Johnson of South Lebanon Township.
Johnson and a 4-year-old passenger (who has not been identified) were not injured.
The crosswalk sign was show walk when Gil and Gracia entered the street and Johnson had stopped at a red light before making the turn when the light turned green.
An investigation into the incident is still ongoing.
